Yes, you can ride the Suzuki GSXR400 (1990 - 1996) on an A2 motorbike licence. However, you will need to fit a restrictor kit to reduce its power output and make it A2 licence compliant!

The Suzuki GSXR400 is one of the most agile sport bikes ever made. It offers excellent handling and very good acceleration, which makes the ride extremely fun. Unfortunately, the bike is not very comfortable on the road, but it performs really well on the track.
A2 Licence Compliance
The Suzuki GSXR400 is a 400cc A2-friendly sport bike. It has a power output of 45 kW (61 bhp), which exceeds the 35 kW (47 bhp) limit needed for an A2 licence. The bike has to be restricted by at least 22.2% to become A2 licence compliant.
